Please be noted that PCCW IMS Limited will block the outgoing TCP access on Port 25 (SMTP) in our @work Single Access Broadband service with effect from 15 Aug 2002. It is hoped that this measure which aims at protecting both public and users’ interests can effectively control spamming activities. This implementation of blocking also acts in compliance with the Code of Practice which forms an integral part in the Anti-Spam initiative made by Hong Kong Internet Service Providers Association (HKISPA).
